Q: Can I order by phone?

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Yes, we are happy to ship anywhere, but extra shipping charges will be required at time of payment.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: A two to three business day shipping period is typical. If your product requires special handling, as noted at time of order, a four to seven business day shipping period is typical. All products are shipped via USPS. In rare cases a product may be backordered. If this happens we will keep you updated on the expected ship times and any changes that may occur.
Q: Will you offer special product pricing and shipping rates for bulk orders?

Q: What kind of guarantee will my products have?
A: For the first 30 days you may return any BULLZEYE product for a full refund of the purchase price. After 30 days all BULLZEYE stethoscopes have a full 7-year warranty against any defects in workmanship. If you opt for our ScopeGuard coverage your stethoscope will also be covered for damage, destruction, theft and even loss during the term of your coverage.
