Effective/Billing Dates
This policy is effective beginning on the day of your BULLZEYE stethoscope purchase and continuing for 365 days following time of purchase. This first year of coverage is provided free of charge as a benefit to you our valued customer. At the completion of the first year you are eligible to continue coverage for the sum of $14.99 per year. This fee is billed annually on the first day of the anniversary month of your purchase and is billed automatically to a credit card of your choosing. If at anytime you need to change your method of payment, you must notify us prior to your anniversary date.
Defined Benefits
BULLZEYE Medical covers only up to the actual purchase price of the stethoscope indicated. Any modifications, personalization, or perceived addition to value is not covered. This program entitles the named owner to a new, equivalent model BULLZEYE stethoscope only. This decision is at the sole discretion of BULLZEYE Medical.
Cancellation
You can cancel this coverage at anytime, however any fees already paid will not be returned. BULLZEYE Medical can cancel or not renew this policy at any time by providing written notice to the named owner at the address provided below. If cancellation is initiated by BULLZEYE Medical fees will be prorated for time not used and returned.
