Warranty/Service

BULLZEYE provides a full 7-YEAR guarantee on all stethoscopes.  This is without question the best warranty in the industry.  When you make the best products, you can back them up with the best warranty.

You can return any BULLZEYE stethoscope, in OR out of warranty directly to BULLZEYE Medical. Warranty service will be performed FREE of CHARGE. Products no longer covered under warranty will be repaired for $19.95 plus shipping and handling. When returning items to us please package them carefully to protect them in transit, enclose proof of purchase along with a note describing the problem along with your return address, daytime phone number, email address, and send to:

All stethoscopes will be serviced or replaced at our technician’s discretion.  If stethoscopes received for repair are engraved, you will be contacted by a representative prior to replacement.

Please allow two weeks for return of your serviced product.

ScopeGuard is the ultimate in stethoscope protection.  In addition to our exceptional warranty, ScopeGuard provides for complete replacement of your BULLZEYE stethoscope in the event of damage, destruction, theft and even loss.

You may report a claim by calling a BULLZEYE representative at 1-877-BULLZEYE, or email us at info@bullzeyemedical.com.

During our correspondence, you will be requested to provide the following information:

Name, Address, Daytime Phone Number, Stethoscope Model, Date of Policy, Date of Loss, and Circumstances Related to Loss.

We will make every effort to ship your new BULLZEYE stethoscope within 7-10 business days following receipt of your claim request.
